• PHP web development and support of WordPress Installations
• Provide support for network switching infrastructure and cabling
• Primary end-user support for retail and concession POS systems
• Testing and monitoring of NCR Quest point of sale servers, pinpads and terminals
• Provide support for digital signage systems
• Provide support for wireless handheld devices and kiosks used with Win50 system
• Provide user support for authorized software applications
• Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure
• Support Sony Ziris and Rise Vision digital signage systems
• Work with vendors to ensure that systems and software interact appropriately
• Provide direct support for network devices, servers, virtual desktops, end-user computers,
and software used in instructional and administrative applications
• Responsible for on-site support as well as 24/7/365 standby support
• Installation, configuration and deployment of network and end-user devices
• Monitor network devices and workstations through Zenoss NMS
• Responsible for point of sale, ticketing and other customer-facing systems
• Responsible for supporting Football Operations staff and systems during travel
